  • Single Person Bookings: No bookings will be accepted for single individuals.
  • Check-In & Check-Out Time: Devotees are kindly requested to vacate the room by the specified time (12:00 Noon) as mentioned and return the keys at the Reception counter. Check In time will be on 01:00 PM. Once booking dates are confirmed, cannot be changed. kindly choose yourbooking date carefully.
  • Valuables: Please keep your valuable items such as articles, cash, mobile phones, etc., in your room at your own risk.
  • Booking Information: For current bookings, please ensure accurate information for all members including Name, Relation, Age, etc., with valid ID proofs (such as PAN Card/ Driving License) for all members. Incorrect information may result in immediate eviction.
  • Room Charges: The charges for the room are fixed as mentioned.
  • Misconduct: Any form of abuse or misrule discovered in a room will necessitate immediate evacuation.
  • Spot Booking: Rooms will be allotted on a "first come first serve" basis for spot bookings, subject to availability.
  • Administrative Decision: The decision of the Administrative Officer/Superintendent will be final in case of any issues related to room allocation.
  • Room Maintenance: Kindly refrain from misusing the furniture in the room and avoid any damage to the walls. Damages or losses will incur fines, and the room may need to be vacated immediately.
  • Prohibited Activities: Drinking, smoking, and chewing of tobacco or gutkha are strictly prohibited inside the room as well as within the Devasthan premises.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of Bhaktniwas rooms is not available.
  • Hot Water Availability: Hot water will be available from 3.00 a.m. until the supply lasts.
